Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Incised Sewer Tile Pitcher.
He was probably made in Ohio in the early 20th century.
This beauty features a Barrel Form with Strap Handle and Ice Barrier at the Spout. Incised decoration througout with three hoops top and bottom, and vertical staves with wood grain. A lot of effort went into this piece! Stands 7" tall.
Excellent Condition. A tiny 1/8" chip below one top band. That's it! No riim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
Not a commonly seen piece in sewer tile.
