    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Staffordshire Blue and White Spongeware Footed Bowl.


    Dating to the early 19th century, this beauty features a Slightly Flared Rim, Rounded Body, Prominent Footer, and Blue and White Sponging.  Not a typical form for Staffordshire.  Measures 3" tall and 4 1/2" wide across the top.


    Excellent Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  A 1" horizontal firing line inside below the rim and a 1/4" chip on the footer- both in the making as shown.
