Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1/2 Gallon Jar from Baltimore, Maryland.
 
Dating around 1860, this beauty features a Squared Rim and Shoulder and the Main Attraction:  A Folk Art Flower Dangling from the Rim.   Ample comma vining grounds the stem at the shoulder and a large large flower dangles down with leaves with leaves and four buds increasing in size down the middle toward the tip.  Two additional sections of vining grace the shoulder.  Stands 8 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A narrow 1/4" chip at the base.  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. A 1/4" hollow divot at the shoulder in the making.
