Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Stoneware Spongeware Bowl.  
 
Dating around 1900, this beauty features a Center White Stripe Framed by Two Thin Blue Stripes, and Controlled Sponging Above and Below.  Squared rim, tapered sides, and pronounced footer.  Measures 4" tall and 8" wide across the top.
 
Excellent Condition. A single 3/8" chip on the body (closeup).  That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
 
Great small size for decorating.
