Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this gorgeous Blue and White Spongeware Platter. 
 
Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features a Scalloped Edge, Embossed Scroll Border, and Strong and Patterned Cobalt Sponging.  Measures 13 1/2" long and 9 1/4" wide.
 
Excellent Condition.  Overall light and fine glaze crazing of age and some light and scattered utensil marks from use.   That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
