Dating to the early 20th century, this beauty was Designed for an Elastic Atomizer Apparatus to be Attached Over the Top.  Blue sponging on a pearl white staffordshire type glaze.  Stands 3 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
