Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1/2 Gallon Jug made for the merchant, "F. F. Philippbar, Liquor Dealer, 1859 Niagara Street, Buffalo, N.Y."
 
Daring around 1890-1900, this beauty features Four LInes of Stenciled Advertising framed at the top by Victorian Brackets.  Stands 7 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A single pinhead-size nibble on the left side of the spout.  Very clean glaze.
