Item 5551

Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this uncommon Yellow Ware Figural Inkwell.

It was made by the Larkin Brothers of East Liverpool, Ohio.

Dating to the mid-19th century, this Inkwell is in the Form of a Young Man Reclining on a Couch. It has a yellow background with Rockingham flow glaze. Measures 5 1/4" wide, 2 1/4" deep, and 3 3/4" tall.

Good Condition. A flat glaze-only flake on the front bottom edge and underside. No other chips or any hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Two tripod marks on the underside in the making.
