Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Lidded Butter Crock that reads, "Compliments of Wisconsin Butterine Co., Milwaukee, Wis., Churners of EV-RE-DAY oleomargarine, "The Spread that Betters the Bread." 
 
The back reads, "Made in U.S.A. by A. D. Graham &Co., Bradock, PA.  patented 6-2-14" followed by directions on how to mix the ingredients.  
 
This beauty features Top and Bottom Blue and White Stripes that Frame a Retangular Label with 8 Lines of Advertising.  It also features the instructions on the back and the original lid.  
 
Excellent Condition.  The base has some glaze wear along the very top.  Otherwise as made.  The lid has two minor nibbles and two chips at the edge (1 1/4" each).  
 
These crocks were made for many businesses along the Great Lakes.  This may be one you do not have in your collection.
