Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this beautiful 1 Gallon Pitcher made by "Williams & Reppert, Greensboro, PA."
This is the work of William Williams and Thomas Reppert who worked together from 1880-1884 and again after 1890 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners , pp 157-58).
This beauty features a stripe at the rim, a row of dashes down the front and each side of the spout, two stripes on the shoulder, the pottery stencil surrounding a floral on the middle, and a bottom stripe. Stands 10 3/4" tall.
Very good condition. An amateur restoration for a 1" chip on the face of the rim to the right of the spout, and a 3/8" chip on the handle. No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or stains.
