Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Mustard Pot with Lid made by the White's Pottery of Utica, New York.


Dating between 1890 and 1907, this pot is a wonderful example of the skill that the Whites Pottery had gained in molded stoneware during those years. This piece is featured in Christopher Bensch, The Blue and the Gray: Oneida County Stoneware, p. 62.


This beauty has a Daisy on Each Side that is Incorporated in a Chain Pattern along with Many Leaves. The lid also has a floral pattern and has thin glaze in the making.  Measures 2 3/4" tall. 


Very Good Condition.  The base has no damage. The lid has a 1/2 hairline from the opening to the knob, and chips on the bottom along the edge.
