Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this uncommon 3 Quart Flower Pot made and stamped twice on the attached saucer by the "West Troy Pottery, N.Y."
This is the mark used by William Warner of West Troy (now Watervliet) used from 1843 to 1871 (private research)
Circa 1880, this beauty sports a Piecrust Rim, Four Embossed Florals (2 are Fleur de lis), and Attached Saucer with Piecrust Edge, Pottery Impressed Twice on the Saucer, and Albany Slip Glaze. Measures 6 3/4" tall and 8" across the top.
Exceptional Condition. As made. No damage of any kind.
