• Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Jug made and stamped by "J. Fisher, Lyons, N.Y. 


    This is the work of Jacob Fisher who ran the pottery in Lyons from 1872-1902 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 74).


    The jug was made for the "Walsh Bros., 97 Seneca St., Buffalo, N.Y."


    This beauty features the Pottery Stamp and Four Lines of Freehand Cobalt Script Advertising.  Stands 11 1/4" tall.


    Excellent Condition.  A  flat 1/2" chip on the top of the spout on the right side, and some spots of light staining. That's it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
