Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this uncommon Blue and White Stoneware Pitcher.


Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features a Slightly Ovoid Form with PInched Spout, and Cobalt Sponging all Around.  Oversized at 10" tall and 6" in diameter. 


This is the only spongeware pitcher this shape in this size that I recall ever seeing. 


Good Condition. A 3 1/2" hairline in the back to the right of the handle (closeup).  No chips, stains, or restoration.
