Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Tiny 5" Tanware Pitcher from New Geneva, Pennsylvania.
During the 1880's the pottery in New Geneva made these pitchers as souvenirs for coming to outings at the pottery.
From the top down, this beauty features a Triple Swag around the Rim, Stripe on the BAse of the Neck, an Undulating Vine with Two Fuchsia, and a Bottom Stripe. Six additional stripes on the handle. Stands 5" tall.
Excellent Condition. A minor 1/8" glaze nibble on top of the rim on the right side, and a glaze rub on the stripe on the center of the handle. That's it! No other rim or any base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
