Dating around 1860, this beauty a Thick Tooled rim, Canted Sides, Applied Handles, and the Company Advertising with Floral Accents. The best feature is the size: 8 1/2" tall and 15 1/2" wide across the top! 5 Gallons!
Very Good Condition with Restoration. A 1/2" chip inside the rim. Three restorations for lines: one in the front from the rim to near the base on a diagonal through the stencil (closeup 1), one from the base up 6" to the left of the stencil (closeup 2), and one V-shaped by the left handle (closeup 3)Six small chips inside the rim (1/8" to 3/8").
