    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Quart Stone Mason Fruit Jar.  


    It was made by the Union Stoneware Company of Red Wing, Minnesota (1894-1906). You can see this crock in Dan and Gail DePasquale and Larry Peterson, Red Wing Stoneware, p. 96.


    This beauty features the Quart Size, Black Stencil, and Ball Zinc Lid.  It is impressed on the bottom, "Pat. Jan. 24, 1899."  Stands 7" tall.


    Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
