• Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Rare 6 3/4" Wax Sealer made by "A. P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, W.Va."


    Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.


    This beauty features the Wax Sealer Form, Company Name and Address Stenciled Across the Front, and a Rare Size- 6 3/4" Size.  I have never seen another one this form and size.  It is not a tophat or a jelly jar form which are also uncommon.


    Excellent Condition.  Ten chips around the inside of the top rim (1/8" to 1/2"), a flat 1/2" chip on the underside on the right side, and some very light spots of staining.  No chips on the inner rim or on the outside of the top rim, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
