    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Little Blue and White Spongeware Jug that reads, "Ohio's Bicentennial 1803-2003."  


    As bottom stamps tell us, it was commissioned by the Ohio Bottle Club for its 35th Annual Show from W. A. Painter Pottery Works, Kansas City.  


    This beauty is has the Look and Feel of a Much Older Jug with Bright Cobalt Sponging and Shiny Glaze.  A bail handle too.  Stands 5 3/4" tall.


    Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
