Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Merchant Script Jug made for "Moore & Hubbard, Syracuse, N.Y."  It was made in and stamped "Geddes" (Syracuse).
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features Two Lines of Bright and Shiny Cobalt.  Stands 12" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Two minor 1/8" nibbles and a 1/4" chip on the spout near the handle, and some light staining from use.  That's it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
