Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Pepper Pot in Rockingham Glaze.


Dating to the mid-19th century, this beauty had the Form of a Miner on His Way to Work.  He has a heavy coat and stocking hat, and holds a lamp with a candle in it in his left hand and a loaf of bread in his right hand.  Lots of detail and unusual subject matter.  Stands 5" tall.


Excellent Condition.  Three narrow 1/4" sliver flakes on the underside at the edge.  That's it!  No other hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
