This beauty features exquisite detailing that only the Whites Pottery could do in its heyday of making molded stoneware (1890-1907) .
The jar is shaped like a Sheaf of Wheat Tied in the Middle with a Rope Framed by the Product Name and Beef Head Icon Accented with Cobalt. Stands 6 1/2" tall.
This piece is a key piece to any Whites of Utica Collection.
Excellent Condition. The base has some staining inside from use. That's it! No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration. The lid has a couple pinhead-nibbles an a 1/4" chip on the edge, a 1/4" chip on the underside, and a chip by the opening molded for a spoon or scoup. No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
