    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Redware Plate made by Lester (1935-2011) and Barbara Breininger of Robesonia, Pennsylvania. 


    Breininger redware carries on the redware folk pottery tradition of the Pennsylvania German community.  


    The underside of the plate is incised, "Breininger, Robesonia, Oct. 8, 1981, Picking Walnuts."


    This piece features a Crimped Edge, Red Lead Glaze, Center Heart, and Black Accents.   Measures 1" deep and 7" wide.


    Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
