Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Spongeware Pitcher.
 
Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features a Double Rolled Border Top and Bottom, Handle Applied Close to the Body, and a Very Fine, Tight, and Controlled Sponging.  This kind of sponging was very time consuming.  Stands 9" tall.
 
Excellent Condition. A single 1/4" chip on the inside of the handle (closeup).  That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
