Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made for "Koken Barbers Supply Co., Manufacturers of Barbers Furniture, St. Louis."
 
Koken is perhaps the most famous supplier of barber supplies in American history.  This jug appears to be made by Red Wing Stoneware, but I have not found it in the literature.
 
This beauty features Five Lines of Stenciled Advertising on a Subject Seldom Seen on Stoneware.  Stands 10 1/2" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Three minor 1/8" nibbles on the spout and handle, two chips on the platform (1/8", 3/4"), two chips on the base (1/4"), and a scratch on the left side and back.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
