This is the mark of Julius Norton, his cousin Edward Norton, and his son, Luman who worked together in the family pottery from 1859-1861 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, pp. 41-44).
This beauty sports the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Gorgeous Dark Cobalt Freehand Bouquet of Flowers with Center Rose, Stem with Bow to the Left and Buds, Leaves, and Tentrils to the Right Big Bird on a Branch in Bright Bennington Cobalt Blue. The artist impresses us with his skill! Stands 12" tall.
