    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 8" Wax Sealer made by "Hamilton & Jones."  


    This is the work of Frank Hamilton and John Jones who worked in Greensboro, Pennsylvania from 1865 to 1897 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 154-157). 


    Dating around 1880, this beauty features the Company Advertising in an Arch Above an Elaborate Rose.  The rose has a center blossom surrounded by 9 leaves.  Stands 8 1/4" tall.


    Excellent Condition.  Minor nibbles around the base, mostly in the making, and some overall staining from use.  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
