    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon Stoneware Cream Pot made and stamped by "Frank B. Norton & Co., Worcester, Mass."


    This is the mark of Frank Norton and Frederick Hancock who operated the pottery in Worcester using this stamp from 1858-1877 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, pp. 52-53).


    This beauty features the Cream Pot Form, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and Stylized Swirl Floral in Rich Cobalt Blue.  Stands 11 1/2" tall.  


    Excellent Condition.  A 1/2" on the underside at the edge, a faint Y line on the base not visible inside, and some light staining from use.  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
