Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Crock made and stamped by "Evan R. Jones, Pittston, Pa."
 
Jones potted in Pittston in the 1870's and 1880's (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 34-37).
 
This beauty features the pottery stamp with cobalt wash and a Large Brushed Cobalt Sideways Tulip.  Nice small size measuring 7 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" wide across the top.
 
Excellent Condition.  Some very minor pinhead-size nibbles inside the rim, and a couple small stains on outside.   No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
 
A wonderful size for decorating that small nook in your display cupboard.
