Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful cardboard Chocolate Box from "Booth's, Elmira, N.Y.  L'Ariba Mild Bitter Sweet Chocolates."

This company was popular in Elmira in the 1920's.  Here is a link to some of their history: http://chemungcountyhistoricalsociety.blogspot.com/2014/03/sweet-talk-history-of-confectioners-and.html

The box is wrapped with a fancy textured paper that feels like cloth with gold accents and trim.  Measures 6" long, 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" tall.

Excellent Condition.  This box was found among my mother-in-laws's mother's items.  It has been tucked away most of its life to house a scrap of baby clothing.  It is in remarkable condition for a paper covered cardboard box.  Some slightly bent corners and a small scratch on top.
