Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this country primitive 4 Gallon Crock from Ohio.


Circa 1880, this beauty features a Gray Salt Glaze, Freehand "4" Capacity Number Flanked by Dashes, and a Fancy Folk Art Tulip.  The tulip has hollow and dotted leaves, a blossom with curved petals, and several accents.  Measures 11 1/2" tall and 11" wide across the top.


Very Good Condition.  Water glass staining inside and some outside, and a 1 1/2" narrow chip on the lower left front that may or may not be in the making.  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
