    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Striper Jar made in West Virginia (probably Palatine).

     

    Circa 1880, this beauty features Three Wavy Stripes Dividing the Canvas in Two Sections, with the Top Section filled with a Freehand "2" Capacity Number Flanked by Two Dashes.  Stands 12" tall.

     

    Excellent Condition. A few scattered small stains.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
