    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Stove Pipe Wax Sealer Canning Jar from Southwest Pennsylvania.


    Circa 1870, this beauty features the Cylindrical Form of a Stove Pipe, Tooled Grooved Rim for Pouring Wax Into as a Seal, and Three Freehand Cobalt Stipes Evenly Spaced Down the Front.  Stands 6 3/4" tall.


    Good Condition.  Four chips inside (1/8" to 3/8") and two outside ( 1/4", 1/2") the rim. A 2" hairline on the left side (closeup 1) and two hairlines side by side on the front right (closeup 2).  No base chips, cracks, or restoration.
