    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this most unusual 1 Gallon Wax Sealer with Star Decoration.


    It is attributed to Palatine (Fairmont), West Virginia.  


    Dating around 1870, this beauty features Four Intersecting Squiggle Stripes that Form a Star.  Looks like someone was trying to be creative and mix it up a little from horizontal stripes!  Stands 10 1/4" tall.


    Excellent Condition.  Eight chips around the inside of the top rim (1/8" to 1/2"). That's it!  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
