Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 8 Canning Jar from Western Pennsylvania.  


Dating around 1870, this beauty features Five Cobalt Stripes Down the Front. The top is tooled to hold a waxed paper over it and tie it below the rim.  Stands 8" tall.


Excellent Condition.  Some minor nibbles and a 1/2" chip on the bottom fold of tooled rim narrow.  That's it!  No top of the rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
