Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Exceptional 8" Wax Sealer Canning Jar.


Dating around 1870 and coming from Southwest Pennsylvania, this beauty features a Tooled Rim, Slightly Canted Sides, and Four Bold Strokes of Rich Cobalt Down the Front and Halfway Around.   The dark and shiny stripes contrast strongly with the light gray clay for a visual delight.   Stands 8 1/4" tall.


Excellent Condition.  Two small chips on the underside at the edge (1/8", 1/2").  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
