Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jar with Freehand Decoration.  


Dating to 1870 hailing from Southwestern Pennsylvania, this beauty features a Very Finely Tooled Rim, Two Cobalt Stripes at the Top and Bottom and Freehand Vining that Wraps Halfway Around.  Bold and beautiful cobalt on a light gray clay for strong contrast.  Stands 9 1/2" tall.


Excellent Condition.  Two minor nibbles on the bottom ridge of the tooled rim.  That's it!  No top rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
