Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 8 7/8" Cake Crock Lid.
Circa 1870 and coming from Maryland, this beauty features Three Sections of Comma Vining at the Edge with 7 to 8 Brushstrokes of Cobalt Each. Measures 8 7/8" wide and fits in an opening at least 6 7/8" wide.
Very Good Condition. A 1/2" chip on the bottom of the seating ring and a faint hairline from the rim to over the seating ring where it stops (closeup). No knob or edge chips, stains, or restoration.
