Dating around 1870, this beauty features Top to Bottom Freehand Decoration! From the top down are two broad straight stripes, a squiggle stripe, a band of freehand vining, another squiggle stripe, a wide center stripe, a capacity number framed by a squiggle and straight stripe, and a bottom squiggle stripe. All the Cobalt is Bold, Bright, and Beautiful! Stands 14 1/2" tall.
Excellent Condition. A 3/4" chip on the top of the left handle, three minor chips on the bottom ring of the tooled rim (1/8' to 3/16"), and some spots of light staining from use. That's it! No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration. A 2" horizontal surface drying line near the bottom in the making.
