Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Cream Pot with 7 Stripes.


It is attributed to Isaac Hewitt of Rices Landing, Pennsylvania who ran his pottery in the 1860's and 1870's.


This beauty features the Cream Pot Form with Rounded Rim, Slightly Ovoid Sides, and 7 Freehand Cobalt Stripes Alternating Straight and Squiggle.  Hewitt is known for this very effective visual design.  Stands 8 1/4" tall.


Excellent Condition.  A bit of water glass staining inside at the bottom and a few very light stains outside.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
