Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Large Cake Crock Lid from Eastern Pennsylvania.
Dating around 1860, this beauty features Three Brushed Cobalt Leaves around the Center Knob, and an Uncommon Large Size. Measures 12" in diameter and fits in a crock with an opening at least 10 1/8" wide.
Excellent Condition. A narrow 1/2" chip on the side of the knob, a light stain near the edge, and three chips (1/2" each) and a 2 1/2" surface-only semi-circular ping line on the seating ring on the underside (closeup). No outer rim chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
