Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Salt Glaze Cream Pot made in and stamped "Charlestown."


This is the work of Edward and Thomas Edmands who ran the pottery in Charlestown, Massachusetts from 1852-1868 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 49).


This beauty features the Attractive Cream Pot Form, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and a Brushed Cobalt Tulip Blossom. Stands 9 1/2" tall.


Excellent Condition. Two flat 1/4" chips inside the rim, and a faint 1/4" ping line on the right handle.  That's it! No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
