Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this fantastic Blue and White Spongeware Staffordshire Wash Bowl.  


Dating to the early 19th century, this beauty features a Rich and Controlled Blue Sponging Inside Drapping Down from the Top, a Flower Blossom with 7 Petals at the Bottom, and a Band of Sponging around the Middle on the Outside.  Measures 13" in diameter and  4 1/2" tall.


Excellent Condition.  A single 1/8" nibble under the rim, and a glaze-only Y on the base.  That's it!  No other chips, or any hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
