Item 5057
Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Gorgeous Stoneware Jar made and stamped on the shoulder by the "Beaumont Pottery, York, Maine" and scratched on the bottom with the initials JB, a cross, and the date 1985.
This is the work of Jerry Beaumont, a contemporary master potter. In my experience, his work ranks supreme among the contemporary potters and is escalating in value.
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp on the Shoulder, and an Amish Man Cultivating a Field for Weeds. The decoration was executed with a slip cup in vivid cobalt. Stands 9" tall or about 1 gallon.
Exceptional Condition. As made. No damage of any kind.
