Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful small jug with "Little Brown Jug" written in script around the shoulder.
It was made by the Anna Pottery of Anna , Illinois that was run by Cornwall and W. Wallace Kirkpatrick from 1859-1890 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, pp. 137-38)
This beauty features a Bulbous Form with Little Brown Jug in Script. Measures 4" tall.
Excellent Condition. Four nibbles on the top of the spout (1/8" or less). No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
