    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this uncommon 5 1/2" Wax Sealer Canning Jar made by "A. P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, W.V."


    Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.


    This beauty is the uncommon 5 1/2" size! Smallest wax sealer by this maker that I have ever seen. It features a Tooled Rim and the Company Advertising Stencilled Halfway Around the Middle. 


    Very Good Condition.  Small chips aorund the inner rims as shown, two small chips outside th rim (1/8", 1/4"), and one tiny stain.  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
