    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Jug and Jar made by "A. P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, W.V."

     

    Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.

     

    This jug features the Company Advertising on the Front in Strong Cobalt.  Stenciling is crisp and complete.  Stands 11" tall.  Good Condition.  A 3/4" chip on the front of the spout, and two 3/8" chips on the body.  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A large salt drip on the right side near the back in the making.  

     

    The jar features the Company Advertising on the Front.  Stands 10" tall.  Good Condition.  Some scattered light staining and a 3/4" chip on the rim on the right with a 3" hairline below.  No inner rim or base chips, cracks, or restoration.
