    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Cream Pot made by "A. Conrad, Monogahela Pottery, New Geneva, Pa."


    Alexander Conrad ran the pottery in New Geneva from 1870-1882 before moving to Shinnston, WV (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 164-65).


    Dating to the 1870's, this beauty features the Cream Pot Form, Finely Tooled Rim, Tapered Sides, and the Company Advertising in 5 Lines and Accented by Doodads.  Stands 10 3/4" tall. 


    Excellent Condition. A minor 1/4" nibble on the bottom edge, flat 1/2" flake on the bottom, and some surface wear from use.   No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
