Coming to you from Doc's Crocks are 6 Pieces of Beaumont Pottery for 1 Money.
They are all signed on the bottom with Jerry Beaumont's Cross Symbol, Initials JB, and the date 1989. The dates puts them in his Crooksville, Ohio period.
First are Five Jars. Four are a set and one is a little extra. From left to right are two sheep in a fenced pasture, a barn with two paths into the barnyard, a train and coal car, and another pair of sheep in a unfenced pasture. The little extra jar features a cat on a round hooked rug. The four jars range from 5 1/2" to 7 1/2" tall. The little jar is 3 1/2" tall.
Four of the jars are as made. The one on the far right has a 1" chip on the rim on the right.
The sixth piece is a bowl marked "J. Beaumont, Crooksville, Ohio." It features a small house surrounded by trees. Measures 5 3/4" tall and 10 1/4" wide across the top.
Good Condition. A 1" chip and glaze rubs around the rim, and a nearly invisible 3" hairline from the rim in front of the right handle.
