    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon "Striper" Crock.


    It is attributed to Palatine, West Virginia (Modern Fairmont).


    Dating around 1880, this beauty features a Grooved Rim to Facilitate Tying a Cloth Down on Top, and 6 Freehand Stripes Down the Front, with a Capacity Number in the Middle of Two.  Stands 12" tall and 9 1/2" wide across the top.  


    Very Good Condition.  A 3/8" chip on the right handle and some surface wear/scratches. That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
